CDC Eviction Moratorium for Residential Tenants Teminated

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)'s eviction moratorium has ended. On August 26, 2021, the Supreme Court overturned the latest extension of the moratorium, ruling that the moratorium exceeded the CDC's authority.
